Why won't my regulator fit onto my gas tank? (Australia only)Updated 7 months ago

In April 2022, Australia introduced a new standard gas valve (LCC27) onto

their gas tanks to increase safety. In order to comply with the new

regulations, we've updated the regulators that come included with Ooni Koda

12, Ooni Koda 16 and all Ooni Gas Burners.

If you have a gas tank with the old gas valve (POL), the regulator that comes

with your Ooni oven or gas burner will not fit onto it. You'll need to source

a gas tank with the new LCC27 gas valve - which is easily recognisable as

having the black screw top.

Soon all regulators that come included with our gas burners will also be

LCC27. We encourage all customers to use the new gas tanks to ensure

compatibility with each of our products and compliance with the updated safety

regulations.
