If you live in Italy, you'll either have a 30mbar or a 37mbar oven or gas

burner.

The regulator you'll need will depend on the type of oven you have:

**If you have a 30mbar oven or gas burner:**| **If you have a 37mbar oven or

You'll need a fixed 30mbar or 37mbar regulator suitable for propane. We don't

recommend using a variable regulator unless it's set as close to 30-37mbar as

possible.| You'll need a fixed 37mbar regulator. You may see regulators for

sale which are labeled as 29/37mbar - this means it's suitable to handle

29mbar for butane and 37mbar for propane. These are suitable.

Keep in mind:** ** All Ooni gas products have been optimized to be used with

propane. We don't recommend using butane.

**How do I know if the regulator I have is rated for butane or propane?**

To find out whether your regulator is rated for butane or propane, look at the

top of the regulator. It will say either "butano" or "propano" (see image

below).
