Ooni Karu 16 is designed for outdoor use only. You must also leave 3 feet/1

meter of clearance on all sides of your oven and 9 feet/3 meters of clearance

above your oven. There should be a distance of at least 3.5" / 90mm between

the edges of any of the oven legs and the edge of the table surface. This

means Ooni Karu 16 will not be suitable for use on most balconies.

When weather is stronger than usual (such as heavy snow, rain, or extended

exposure to sea breeze), store your oven indoors.

We also recommend removing the digital thermometer and storing it indoors when

your oven's not in use.
