Ooni Karu 12 is designed for outdoor use only. You must also leave 3 feet/1

meter of clearance on all sides of your oven and 9 feet/3 meters of clearance

above your oven. This means Ooni Karu 12 will not be suitable for use on most

balconies. There should be a distance of at least 3.5" / 90mm between the

edges of any of the oven legs and the edge of the table surface.

weather is stronger than usual (such as heavy snow, rain, or extended exposure
