Ooni Volt has many safety devices:

1. The oven will turn off if it has not been used in 45 minutes.

2. Red LED lights will appear if there is an electrical fault. The exact fault can be identified by the location of the red LEDs. The oven will not allow you to heat it up if there is an electrical fault.

3. The door handle and control dials are cool to the touch.

4. The electrical cord is short to avoid children from pulling the oven off the surface. Ensure the cord does not hang over the edge.

5. The appliance will only work if it is connected to a socket outlet with an earthing contact (also known as a properly grounded outlet).
