or the Ooni Karu 12 Gas Burner), both of these have an inbuilt Flame Safety

Device (FSD), which ensures your oven will not continue releasing gas if the

thermocouple doesn't read a high enough temperature. This was designed to make

sure your oven is as safe as it is fun.
