What kind of wood and charcoal do I need to use with my Ooni Pro 16?Updated 7 months ago

Using a combination of wood and charcoal will give you the best results in

your Ooni Pro 16. Always use lump wood charcoal and kiln-dried hardwoods (such

as beech, birch, oak, hickory, mesquite, apple, or cherry).

When using wood, you can use pieces of wood up to 20cm (8"). Avoid using

anything too large and thick as this may be harder to combust and could

produce more smoke and soot.
