When your tracking indicates "label created" or "order information has been

transmitted", this means we have processed your order and it is with the

courier. As soon as they scan it into their local/central sortation hub, your

tracking link will update.

**Please note: **this can take up to 5 business days and the courier's

customer service department cannot give any further information until the

package has been scanned.
