My Ooni Koda 16 is producing lots of smoke/soot.Updated 7 months ago

If using propane with your Ooni Koda 16, a small amount of smoke/soot can be

expected. Ooni Koda 16 has been designed to burn cleanly once it has reached

top temperatures, however propane will still naturally give off a small amount

of smoke/soot.

If using butane with your Koda 16, you can expect to see slightly more

smoke/soot than you would when using propane. Cleaning your Ooni with a dry

paper towel or rag once it has cooled is all it takes to remove this.
