If you're looking to return a gift that was sent to you, we'll be able to

generate store credit in the amount that was originally paid.

The item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and within 60 days of

receipt.

To initiate a return, please [submit a support

* The condition of your item(s)

* A photograph of the unopened package(s)

* The number of parcels that you would like to return

* Your name, address, email address and phone number

* The original order number or email address that the order was placed under at ooni.com

Note: If you'd like a cash refund instead of store credit, this can only be

returned to the original payment method.
