### What does the serial number look like?

All oven and gas burner serial numbers will be in the format of **PXXXXX-XX

-XXXXX. **

## Where to find the serial number on your oven (excluding Ooni Volt 12 and

Koda 2 Max)

You can locate your serial number sticker on the outer-facing side of your

oven's rear leg:


For **Ooni Karu 12G** , the serial number sticker will be located on the

inner-facing side of the oven's rear leg:


The serial number can also be found on the box of your oven or gas burner:

## Where to find the serial number on Ooni Volt 12 and Koda 2 Max

Ooni Volt 12 and Ooni Koda 2 Max's serial number can be found on the box it

came in, or underneath the oven:

* Ensure that your oven is completely cool

* Carefully remove the stone. (If using Ooni Volt 12, unplug from the wall socket)

* With the help of someone, carefully lift and turn over the oven and place it on something to protect the top shell to avoid any damages

* **For Ooni Volt 12** \- you will find the serial number on the rating plate as shown below


* **For Ooni Koda 2 Max** \- you will find the serial number on either the safety information plate or a separate label as shown below. The serial number will begin with '_JS '_

## Where to find the serial number on an older model Ooni

The serial number for your Ooni 3 and some older Ooni Pro models can be found

etched on the side of the rear leg:

## Where to find the serial number on your gas burner

If you have the[ Ooni 3 Gas Burner](https://ooni.com/collections/gas-

adaptors/products/ooni-3-gas-burner) or the [Ooni Pro 16 Gas

Burner](https://ooni.com/collections/gas-adaptors/products/ooni-pro-gas-

burner), your serial number will be on a sticker on the side of your gas

burner. It will be in the format: PXXXXX-XX-XXXXX. There will never be a

letter 'O' in your serial number, only the number '0' (zero).


If you have the [Ooni Karu 12 Gas Burner](https://ooni.com/collections/gas-

adaptors/products/ooni-gas-burner) or the [Ooni Karu 16 Gas

Burner](https://ooni.com/products/ooni-karu-16-gas-burner), your serial number

will be on a sticker on the metal safety certification tags found inside your

gas burner's box. It will be in the format: PXXXXX-XX-XXXXX. There will never

be a letter 'O' in your serial number, only the number '0' (zero).
