My Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub will not connect to my device.Updated 7 months ago

If your Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub will not connect to your device,
this is usually because:
* Your device wasn't one of the most recent connections: Follow the pairing steps in the manual to reconnect.
* You're too far away: Stay within 10 meters of the device with a clear line of sight.
* Unknown reason: Press the reset button, then follow the steps to start again. See below for resetting the device:
### How to perform a factory reset:
* Disconnect the wires and remove the Ooni Connect™ Digital Temperature Hub from your oven.
* Remove the battery compartment from the Digital Temperature Hub.
* Perform a factory reset by pressing the reset button (your Digital Temperature Hub can either be powered on or off)

* Replace the battery compartment and reattach the wires to your Digital Temperature Hub
* Replace the Digital Temperature Hub back onto your oven
* Proceed to reconnect the Digital Temperature Hub with the Ooni App
