If you see an error message when registering your Ooni product, please ensure
you have enabled cookies.
If you have already declined cookies, you can re-enable them by following the
steps below:
Step 1. Click 'Settings' in your browser.

Step 2. Click 'Security and privacy'.

Step 3. Click 'Cookies and other site data'.

Step 4. In this section, there will be an option for allowing certain sites to
always use cookies, and another option for always clearing cookies once you
leave a certain page.

Step 5. Add the URL of the [_Ooni registration
page_](https://ooni.com/pages/product-registration) _
_() into whichever option you are
comfortable with.

The registration page should now load for you.
