How do I use my Ooni Pizza Turning Peel?Updated 7 months ago

To use your [Ooni Pizza Turning Peel](https://ooni.com/products/ooni-pizza-

turning-peel?_pos=1&_sid=bb5fbcdcc&_ss=r), follow the steps below:

**Step 1. **Launch your pizza using your launching peel

* Your turning peel **cannot** be used to launch your pizza, you'll need to use a different peel.

**Step 2. **Stop the peel sticking to the dough.** ** Hold your turning peel

underneath the flames for 1-2 seconds to warm it up. This is beneficial in

colder weather to prevent sudden condensation build-up when something cold

goes into a hot environment.

**Important Note:** Do not expose the peel to the flames for extended periods

of time or it may damage it.
