Yes! Our dough balls will be semi-frozen on arrival and can safely be refrozen

(this includes our [Gluten-Free Dough

Balls](https://uk.ooni.com/products/gluten-free-dough-balls) in the UK). Each

package of dough balls will come included with complete defrosting and

preparation instructions as well as a 'Use By' date.

Note: If your dough balls have arrived fully defrosted, they shouldn't be
